Techno Treatment — Pre-Party Mix (2026)
Techno Treatment captures MattLok in full peak-hour mode ahead of the August 21, 2026 outdoor event in Kitchener, Ontario — a pre-party mix built to set the tone for a night of electronic music under the stars.
Blending Peak Hour Techno, Toolroom-inspired Tech House, rolling house basslines and pumping funky disco grooves, the mix moves through the different sides of MattLok’s sound without losing its late-night drive. It is heavy when it needs to be, funky when the room calls for it, and rooted throughout in the kind of house music designed for a proper sound system and dancefloor.
The set also brings together several of MattLok’s own productions, VIP remixes, mashups and unreleased edits, including Dutch Delight with DJ Jace, Righhht! featuring MC Flipside, This Generation Is House Music with Robby Riggs, and peak-hour reworks of tracks from Didier Sinclair, Hatiras, Carbon Copy and more.
Alongside those exclusives are records and influences stretching across generations of house and club music — from Cajmere & Dajae, Ian Pooley, Armand Van Helden, Green Velvet and 6400 Crew to newer Tech House productions, edits and festival-ready club records. The result connects the raw spirit of classic house with the harder, cleaner punch of today’s peak-hour sound.
More than simply a promotional mix, Techno Treatment is a preview of what MattLok is bringing outdoors on August 21: Techno, Tech House and House played without rigid boundaries — rolling basslines, dark grooves, disco energy, familiar records turned sideways, and enough funk to keep everything moving.
Joining MattLok under the stars are Deeno and G-Love, bringing their own energy and selections to a night built around the shared spirit of underground electronic music. Together, the three DJs set the stage for a proper outdoor session where house, techno and everything in between can unfold naturally from sunset into the night.
